Gracia Danis, Practice Manager
Gracia grew up in Long Island, New York and relocated to Tucson in 1983 and then to Scottsdale in 2006. She has over 20 years experience in healthcare management. Her experience includes front desk, billing, medical records and customer service. Gracia participated in a Collaborative with The National Institute for Healthcare Improvement where she learned CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) techniques to improve efficiency of waits and delays in the medical office. She loves to spend time with her three children and also enjoys cooking, knitting and gardening.

Laura Anair, Back Office Supervisor
Laura grew up in Sedona and moved to the Valley 26 years ago. She has been in the medical field for 26 years and has been Back Office Supervisor at Parkway Medical for 5 years. She enjoys horseback riding, traveling, and spending time with her daughter Mackenzie.

Ernie Gonzalez, R.T.,(Radiology),
Practice Coordinator & X-Ray Supervisor
Ernie has worked for Parkway Medical for five years in a variety of positions and is currently a Practice Coordinator. He supervises back office and X-Ray and works closely with the physicians at Parkway with physician staffing, scheduling and patient interaction. Ernie enjoys problem-solving and multi-tasking on a daily basis. He is well-trained in all aspects of the practice and is highly respected by his colleagues. Outside of work, Ernie likes to relax by hunting and fishing, Baja off-road racing, mountain biking, and riding ATV's. He also enjoys spending time with his Black Lab, Myles.

Carol Mc Kelvey, Medical Records Supervisor
Carol grew up in Carnegie, PA. She graduated from Bradford Business School in Pittsburgh. She worked for National Real Estate for almost 12 years before moving to Arizona in 2000. She has worked in the medical field for 12 years and has been working at Parkway Medical for 5 years. She has also worked in billing and front office positions before becoming the Medical Records Supervisor. Her hobbies are scrapbooking and embroidery.

Dee Reed, Administrative Assistant
A native Nebraskan, Dee Reed joined Parkway Medical in 2007, after relocating to the Phoenix area in 2004. Her career covers various administrative assistant and accounting support positions for national and international companies, as well as positions in banking and real estate. Her passion is supporting and assisting others in making whatever business she works for be the best it can be. After work is done, Dee enjoys spoiling her 2 grandchildren and spending time with her husband and daughters. Football (especially the Huskers), NASCAR and keeping in touch with extended family and old friends around the country are pastimes she enjoys.
