Gracia Danis, Practice Manager
Gracia grew up in Long Island, New York and relocated to Tucson in 1983 and then to Scottsdale in 2006. She has over 20 years experience in healthcare management. Her experience includes front desk, billing, medical records and customer service. Gracia participated in a Collaborative with The National Institute for Healthcare Improvement where she learned CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) techniques to improve efficiency of waits and delays in the medical office. She loves to spend time with her three children and also enjoys cooking, knitting and gardening.

Shara Huff, Business Office Manager
Shara joined the Parkway Medical team in October of 2006. Her experience includes working for over 15 years in the medical field specializing in family practice billing. Shara relocated to Arizona from Southern California in 1998. In her free time she enjoys exploring trails on her quad and spending time with her family in California.

Laura Anair, Back Office Supervisor
Laura grew up in Sedona and moved to the Valley 23 years ago. She has been in the medical field for 23 years and has been Back Office Supervisor at Parkway Medical for 4 years. Her favorite pastime is spending time at her cabin in Heber-Overgaard where she loves to ride horses with her daughter.

Ernie Gonzalez, P.T.R., M.A
Assistant Back Office & X-ray Supervisor
Ernie grew up in Parker, Arizona and has worked at Parkway Medical for four years in a variety of positions. He is currently attending school to become a Radiologic Technologist. Ernie's hobbies include Baja off-road racing,mountain biking,and riding ATV's. He also enjoys spending time with his Black Lab named Myles.

Carol Mc Kelvey, Medical Records Supervisor
Carol graduated from Bradford Business School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved to Arizona in 2000. She has worked in the medical field for over 8 years and has been working at Parkway Medical for the past 3 years in Medical Records, Billing and Front office positions.

Donna Medoff, Director of Communications
Donna brings to Parkway Medical her experience and knowledge of product development and research in the fields of medicine, nutrition and skin care. She organizes and manages our website and has implemented practice and employee newsletters. In addition, she has developed other marketing materials for our practice. Donna is a football fanatic and enjoys traveling.
