Q. Can my child be seen at your office without me being present?
A. Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on the first visit. Click here to download minor form.
Q. Do you allow same day appointments?
A. Yes. As you never know when you may become ill, we offer same day appointments for most cases.
Q. What if I become sick after hours?
A. Our providers are available by phone 24 hours a day for emergencies.
Q. How long does it take to get a prescription refill?
A. Please allow 3 business days for refills of routine medications.
Q. How long does it take to get a referral?
A. We will do our best to accomplish the referral as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days for routine referrals.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Please cancel your appointment 6 hours prior to avoid a $25 fee.
Q. What are your office hours?
A. The office is open Monday through Thursday 7:30AM to 8PM, Friday 7:30AM-6PM and Saturday from 8AM to 5PM. We are open during the lunch hour as well.
Q. Is the Urgent Care state licensed?
A. Yes.
Q. Are the physicians at Parkway Medical board certified?
A. Yes. All of our physicians are board certified and frequently attend continued medical education seminars.
